Beetroot Corn Carrot Zucchini Capsicum Radish Celery Sprouts Chiles Okra List of fruits: Apple Passion fruit Pear Mango Papaya Pomegranate Grapes BlackBerry Method I use: I just chopp everything small a d then mix all the veggies together adding chea seeds on top. I chopped and mix the fruits in another container as they use to rotten faster. Also to control the amount of eachvi serve them. Normally 80% vegetables and 20% fruits. Every morning for all my birds. Twise a day for Eclectus. I make a new chop every 5 days. Some of my friends make bigger batch and storage them in the freezer. I tried that way once but my birds are to fancy lol they will not eat it if it looks much.
