06.01.2022 Getting FOMO (the fear of missing out) on a Friday is normal, especially when scrolling through your socials. To minimise this feeling we have put together some tips to help you refocus your energy. Tip 1 Change it up, come into Centre to study, have a chat to our Centre Manager! Tip 2 - Avoid mindless scrolling on social media, concentrate on yourself and the task at hand, not what others are doing. Tip 3 Set yourself realistic study goals, and make sure you reward yourself when you achieve them. A Friday early mark is in order! #fridayfomo
