14.01.2022 What a fabulous weekend, perfect weather for our truffle hunt and lunch with lots of treats and then a marathon cooking class on Sunday of six truffle dishes. What an amazing group of truffle enthusiasts, who managed the 5 hour class and luncheon and were still asking questions and sharing experiences into the late afternoon. There was even an impromtu late truffle hunt to finish the weekend!

Well take a trip to one of the Victorias boutique walnut orchards enjoy morning tea and have q and a with our hosts. Then we continue through the majestic volcanic landscape of the Western district to meet our passionate honey producer. A picnic lunch will be served in an historic hilltop garden and the apiarist will give us an insight into the ancient landscape and introduce us to her boutique apiary and artisan honey project finishing with a honey tasting. Day 2: Cooking Class Sunday 7th April, 11am to 3pm Location: Cucina Colac, 15 Grant Street, Colac Join us for a cooking class at Cucina Colac using collected produce from Day 1. Using honey and walnuts as our hero ingredients well explore techniques, taste samples and develop cooking skills.
