15.01.2022 This semesters FREE academic skills workshops are coming to an end but there are still a couple of workshops left in the series. This week our Learning Skills Advisor, Julia, will be looking at Primary and Secondary Sources. Many assignment tasks specify that you must use a certain number of refereed articles, but what exactly are you supposed to do with them? This workshop will explain the difference between primary and secondary sources, and how to use them. We will cover paraphrasing, using direct quotations effectively, using data and referencing.
