25.01.2022 Our sweet peas starting. Such beautiful light late in the afternoon.

24.01.2022 This week the Yellow Tailed Black Cockatoos returned. Greg drew this image for our logo as the presence of these beautiful birds in our neighbourhood coincides with our garlic maturing. Also this week we enjoyed sharing our first flower bunches, planted some indigenous plant seedlings grown by Cudgee Creek Native Plants and watched the rain pour down.

23.01.2022 Lots of bee action here! Thanks @matt_j_dodson for re-homing the swarm.

18.01.2022 The flowers from these Xerochrysums have been prolific for over 6 months now #habitatgardening

14.01.2022 Starting the garlic harvest. We’re really pleased with the early purple varieties - these will cure for a few weeks. Our roses are loving the heat, and so was our Labrador...once she got to the creek (great picture of Jindi taken by our daughter).

13.01.2022 Spring beauty. Picking sweet peas, ranunculus and our first roses ahead of the forecast rain. Message us if you are local and would like a bunch delivered for the long weekend.

12.01.2022 Our ranunculi are looking fine, and sweet peas are not far behind. Although we are mainly growing flowers to add to our @freshmarketwarrnambool stall when we start selling our garlic in November, we will have a small stream of flowers throughout October. If you live locally and would like a bunch delivered ($15) get in touch. We will post bunches as they become available.

11.01.2022 Final week for Apples! Our Fuji apples (pictured top) have been bountiful this year. We also have Red Delicious and Pink Lady Apples(limited amount) for sale this week to the Warrnambool area for $6/kg for delivery on Saturday and Tuesday- again let us know if things are tight and we will drop them to you anyway. We are sold out of all garlic now and have recently finished planting next season’s crop. The pictures below (l-r)our early varieties are all up, so are the weeds (!), buckwheat, millet, mung beans and broad beans planted in last seasons garlic beds. They will soon be slashed in to return nutrients to the soil. A very heartfelt thanks to all our customers for this season.

11.01.2022 Our roses this morning. Get in touch if you are local and would like some delivered.

03.01.2022 Apples. We have really enjoyed sharing our apples. This week, we have plenty of Pink Lady (pictured), Fuji and Red Delicious Apples (last week for our Golden Delicious Apples). Delivery to Warrnambool area for $6/kg on Saturday and Tuesday. Email or message us if you are keen.

02.01.2022 Our ranunculi are looking fine. Although we are mainly growing flowers to add to our garlic stall later in the year, we will have a small stream ready from October. If you would like a bunch delivered and live locally, get in touch. Ranunculi bunches $15.

01.01.2022 Grateful for the bees and the blossoms
