04.01.2022 Talking about immune system especially relevant at this time. The most important aspect is to be balanced. Gut health, lowered stress and when you think of self care think self care that makes you feel better longer term - not within the next half hour. I love this image of a healthy gut which is a huge part of the immune system. It feels vibrant and rich like the soil the flowers are growing in.
