Along the way they will meet the "Zeros" as they are guided step by step through the game. Download this app today through the App Store & Google Play. 14.01.2022 They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old; Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn. At the going down of the sun and in the morning We will remember them. Lest we forget.

06.01.2022 Here are four of our favourite apps to help you and your family get prepared and stay safe for this summer. The Emergency+ app is a free app developed by Australia’s emergency services and their Government and industry partners. The app uses GPS functionality built into smart phones to help a Triple Zero (000) caller provide critical location details required to mobilise emergency services The Triple Zero Kids' Challenge, where kids learn about how to deal confidently ...with and get help in an emergency, by playing games and solving problems. They'll learn about safety messages and hear what happens when you call Triple Zero (000) Stay up to date on bush fires in NSW with the official NSW Rural Fire Service Fires Near Me application, providing warnings and incident information. Staying up to date is a key step in your bush fire survival plan so ask yourself. How fireproof is your plan? Find out at www.myfireplan.com.au Get Prepared is an app that helps you connect with your key support people, accomplish simple tasks to make you and your loved ones safer, and protect the things that matter most to you.
04.01.2022 Over the past few weeks some of our members have had the opportunity to participate in a Covid safe Fire Fit exercise program specifically designed and organised for our firefighters by the wonderful team at Coast Allied Health. At the beginning of the program our members were asked to set some goals for themselves and then at the end of the program have the opportunity to reflect back and see if these goals have been achieved. Here are some of the goals our members have bee...n able to achieve during this short period thanks to the Fire Fit program. Big thanks to Rob, Karla and the rest of the team for supporting our brigade in this way! With the help and motivation from Fire Fit I have been able to loose 4kgs and increase my core strength. - Anonymous ...2020 has been pretty stressful and I have used the training as a great tool to clear my head and feel good. - Mark Same time last fire season I was out of shape and fairly sedentary (except for surfing and work on the fireground). Coming into this season I wanted to be fitter and stronger. Training with Rob and Karla motivated me to work through niggling knee and shoulder pain, which I used as an excuse not to train... -Warrick
