24.01.2022 I’ve been thinking about my homeland a bit of late. It’s a little tradition of mine to go to the chippy for my first meal back and get myself a steak pudding, chips, mushy peas and gravy. In honour of this memory I’ve created this cheeky little number with a South American twist to go on one of our upcoming menus. Peruvian Beef & Green olive tamales, smashed peas guacamole, potato crumbs, chipotle jus. Delicious

13.01.2022 We are frequently asked if our menus can be viewed. At Culinary Soul we don’t have menus, we create bespoke menus for our clients to suit their needs, wants and budgets, this way you get exactly what you want and YOU play a part in designing your own menu. A recent client was discussing desserts with us at the planning stage and told us their 3 favourite desserts. We gave them all three! Creme caramel, hazelnut parfait, lime and coconut pannacotta, poached figs Needless to say, another satisfied client!

10.01.2022 Just had a wonderful couple of days working with OzHarvest WA teaching some great people a few cheeky cookery skills. The ‘cooking for a cause’ initiative is just about as good as it gets!! food donated saving tonnes from going to landfill corporate colleagues working in harmony whilst learning some new skills and building cohesive teams providing meals of beautiful food cooked with love to those less fortunate ... If this isn’t win-win we don’t know what is!

09.01.2022 What a fantastic time I’ve had with the kids from Blue Gum Montessori making real fruit sodas over the last couple of weeks in preparation for yesterday’s fete. Some truly valuable life lessons learned! the importance of community teamwork and RESPECT listening and responding to feedback building adaptability and resilience GRATITUDE to the team and customers ... 06.01.2022 Last night was fantastic! A lovely dinner for lovely people and for a great cause too! This seafood degustation was an auction prize at Mighty Mikey’s fund raiser! We hope we did Mikey proud Head to his page and give him a like!

03.01.2022 The kitchen gurus at Punjab Indian Restaurant have developed this beer can tandoori chicken. Injected with a brine made from Otherside Brewing Co. 'ANTHEM' IPA and roasted on the can! They are serving this beauty with a lemon & mango pickle fluid gel, toasted mustard seeds and a top secret ingredient to be revealed on the night!
