24.01.2022 Happy Diwali from all of us here at Culinary Tales #culinarytales #diwali #happydiwali #india #culture

24.01.2022 Today Culinary Tales hosted their first university student-accomodation cooking class at Queen Mary Building. All of the students learnt plenty from Saida with her teachings of just how to put together this exquisite Lebanese spread (which definitely tastes as good as it looks!)

22.01.2022 We hope you've all secured your ticket to our Cooking Class next week! But firstly, we thought it would be fun to introduce our refugee chefs and to share a little of their story with you before meeting them next Tuesday! Meet Saida! ... Saida came to Australia from Lebanon in 1993, having grown up in a large family of eight, with a mother that loved to cook. After trying her hand at various hobbies and jobs, she found her true passion in cooking. Saida learnt many of the secrets of Lebanese cuisine from her mother, and has put her own spin on many of her mother’s recipes. For next week’s class, she is excited to share with you all one of her traditional dessert recipes, Mehallabiya (Milk Pudding) Haven't got your ticket yet?
