15.01.2022 M I N D F U L N E S S Do you practice it? Here are 3 reasons we love it and 2 quick tips on how to be mindful.... 1 minute breathing exercise- Sit with a straight back but relaxed. For 1 minute focus all your attention on breathing in and out. Focus on how the air feels, if thoughts start coming in let them go gently and focus on your breath again. Eat mindfully- when you are having a meal, focus on what you’re eating. Have no distraction like the t.v,phone or even reading. See how the food looks. How it tastes as what it smells like. You might even enjoy your food more. This can also help with the feeling of being satisfied and not needing to finish the whole plate. it can decrease stress it can decrease depressive symptoms improves general health

07.01.2022 Here’s a delicious easy light lunch idea perfect for this heat. RICE PAPER ROLLS Add whatever filling you like (these ones had Snowpeas, avocado, carrots, cucumber and chicken.)... Dipping sauce was Tamari, ginger and garlic. AND the other was just sweet chilli sauce and 1/2 a lime squeezed in. Sooo good! See more
