19.01.2022 Most just see all the accolades but very few see the work this kid puts in on his craft. I've had the pleasure to train Matua in our Youth Program for almost 2 years now since he was 10. One of youngest to be in this program. What you see now is him pulling 80kg but this is 2 years in the making and we'll continue to progress over time. From KB and Bodyweight Squats to Barbell Back Squats, to KB Deadlifts to Trap Bar Deadlift. 13.01.2022 1 in 5 of us will experience symptoms of mental illness in any given year. In Australia that’s around 5 million people. And roughly 60% of these people won’t seek help. We want to truly thank everyone who supported, shared and donated to the @blackdoginst which we we're able to surpass our initial goal of 1k and reach $2,365! We as a group at Team Culture collectively hit 10,859 with each member averaging 350 burpees each! ... We truly believe Exercise is MEDICINE and going through an event like this with your crew, doing it for a great cause and bringing Mental Health Awareness to the forefront, it really makes it that much more special! 10.01.2022 @christophergeordas recently hit a 100m PB 10.88sec (+0.5) and now we're onto our last cycle before State Champs. This is @christophergeordas first full season of strength training, yet hes still so raw and has so much more to improve on. Stoked with how the numbers are progressing this season. A great exercise here is the Heavy Loaded Step ups with the emphasis on knee drive and aggressive foot strike onto the plate. This can improve Rate of Force Development which leads t...o increased ground force production when sprinting . 10.01.2022 First & foremost, Sinta and I would like to send a MASSIVE THANK YOU to the whole CULTURE COMMUNITY for supporting us during these uncertain times whilst our gym was closed. We managed to change and adapt to these circumstances, running Online Classes and Online Personal Training for all our Members and Athletes. We've been using @trainheroic for online programming for over a year now for our Youth and Senior Athletes, so the transition to get all our Group Class members was... seamless and it's a credit to TH for having all the tools needed to make programming easier and more efficient. We look forward to maintaining our Online Training presence moving forward. To all our Culture Members, 1on1 Member's, Youth Athletes and Supportive Parents who stuck by us, we honestly can't thank you enough and it really shows what a great supportive community we have created over the years. On Monday 18th May we will be re-opening our facility and making sure we are well prepared following the strict guidelines by the government. The Community's Health and Safety is our number 1 priority. This year we will be donating to the Black Dog Institute in which on 6th March Saturday our crew will be matching donations with Burpees plus more! ... 1 in 5 of us will experience symptoms of mental illness in any given year. In Australia that’s around 5 million people. And roughly 60% of these people won’t seek help. As the only medical research institute in Australia to investigate mental health across the lifespan, our aim is to create a mentally healthier world for everyone.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Families, Firefighters, Volunteers and Animals affected by this crisis.
