09.01.2022 Gorgeous night for Cardio Tennis

06.01.2022 Cardio Tennis is a tennis workout program catering to all fitness levels. Bringing together a variety of cardio workouts, a range of fun tennis drills, all to a high-energy soundtrack. The program is focused on leading a healthy, fun and active lifestyle. Being held at the Cunderdin Tennis courts after junior coaching for 6 weeks commencing on Friday 30th October at 6 - 7 pm Adults and juniors 14 years and over. The best thing about Cardio Tennis is that you do not have to b...e good at tennis to get involved. In fact, it doesn’t matter if you’ve never played before. Coach Chelsea is trained to mix up the activities to cater for all skill and fitness levels, so while it’s a great for beginners, more experienced tennis players will also have a great time. Places are limited to 10 so book your spot by emailing [email protected] and paying in advance for the full 6 weeks for $50. Pay $10 on the night but your place isn’t guaranteed. What equipment do I need to play? A tennis racquet (or let us know and we will find you one), your favourite workout gear, trainers (or acceptable footwear) and a water bottle. See more
