24.01.2022 This season we have Lavender and Lemon Pekins coming into our fold to add to the available colours we carry. We will predominantly be building our own breeding stock for the 2020/2021 season. There may be a select few Pullets available for general public early 2021 in these new colours , so we will be working with a waiting list. Will be more of these colours available in 2021/2022 season, and adding new ones every year...

22.01.2022 Latest Acquisitions: Dutch Bantams We have recently got hold of a breeding pair or Yellow Partridge Dutch Bantams and a breeding pair of the Gold Partridge Dutch Bantams. This is a great start to one of our projects of "Rare Bantam Breeds" currently in the early stages of development. A relative new comer to Australian shores originally imported by Avgen of which there is only a few bloodlines available. Next step: Silver Partridge Dutch Bantam. (to complete our collection). These 3 colours are the only recognized colours in Australia atm. With careful breeding and further development we hope to have our Dutch Bantam bloodlines available for Show and pet in the near future.

15.01.2022 We have started off slow and steady. CCB was formed in February 2020. We are situated in the Barossa Valley, South Australia and are run as a partnership (Leanne and Sam - both crazy chicken ladies). CCB been collecting breeding stock and hatching out eggs to increase quality and quantity. Our first stage of operations is offering fertile eggs to the general public. Mainly Bantam breeds which are better suited to those with limited available space. Bantams are also fantastic ...for introducing children to the wonders of chickens. We carry the breeds that are most docile and attractive to suit any situation. Fertile eggs can be collected or posted (at the buyers expense). Orders can be placed via pm through this page. Should have a good variety available for the Spring 2020 season. Breeds on hand currently include the following: Silkies (Mixed), Silkies White, Pekin Millifluer, Pekin mixed, Belgian D'Uccles in Blue, Silver Millifluer, and mixed. We are adding more breeds as we go along. The following breeds will become available at a later date to be advised. Dutch Belgians
