23.01.2022 Cunnamulla All Aboard through the Paroo Progress Association Inc. were fortunate enough to receive RADF funding through the Paroo Shire Council in the previous... round. We have been very lucky to have the amazingly talented local @Rhys Teelow able to commit to such a big job - five scrap metal statues depicting the Cunnamulla Town Band. Well he has started and the first one is almost done. And "WOW" how good does it look? They will take pride of place in the gardens at the Cunnamulla Railway Station. See more

12.01.2022 Hi All For those of you that do not know me, my name is Carmel Meurant and I live on Wandilla Station near Eulo (population 40) in South West Queensland. 13 yea...rs ago I decided to start a music festival with a difference. I work on the festival all year as well as working on the property and running Wandilla Products and then in May along with my family and a brilliant team of volunteers we hold Music In The Mulga, a 4 day, fun filled Music Festival on our property. Can't be more authentic than having some of Australia's best Country music artists performing in front of a shearing shed or around a campfire and then you camping in the paddocks. The things I value are family life on the land, our livestock and pets music friends & meeting new people Opening my heart and sharing my home. And I have managed to put all of these elements together, culminating as Music In The Mulga. A festival like no other. So buckle up and come on the journey with me and we'll see you in May for an experience like no other.
