This will see $25,000 cash grants offered to eligible homeowners / occupiers for new homes and substantial renovation projects To be eligible for the grant, there are a number of criteria youll need to meet: For new homes valued up to $750K (including land)... For renovation projects (including knockdown rebuilds) between $150K and $750K, as long as the existing property is valued below $1.5M Contracts must be signed before December 31 You must earn below $125K pa as a single and $200K pa as a couple Does not apply to owner builders or those looking to build or renovate an investment property Only valid for renovations to the principle structure of the residence, meaning swimming pools, tennis courts or garages are excluded Find out more about whats included (and whats not) on the Governments HomeBuilder hub here: https://buff.ly/2Y01ApK.
