25.01.2022 W E A R E S T R O N G E R T H A N W E K N O W I'm very ready to shut the lid down firm on 2020 for many reasons. Its tested myself and my small business to the max turning me literally into 5 people!... I've learnt so much about myself and how much I could actually do to keep moving foward through the long months. Inspired too by so many other local business friends and seeing how they coped and evolved very quickly throughout. I just feel we have to be thankful for every small thing, every piece of small beauty, every smile and every small break through. Its these things that have got us this far and will continue to keep reminding us into 2021 that its not always as dark as it seems. I've cried alot behind closed doors this year for the sadness I've seen and heard and tried to reach out in small ways. Just keep being kind and keep moving foward and always be thankful for small wins. I look foward to seeing you again soon but for now I need to rest as much as I can. Ending on a beautiful note for 2020 with this gorgeous cake I baked earlier this year. Shes a beauty! Nicci x

Over 80% of our ingreds are Australian made. Baking for just about any occasion we offer fresh flavoursome and unique cakes and bakes and we " stubbornly" maintain the hand stirred philosophy with the majority of our baking to keep traditional baking skills alive. 23.01.2022 Important Updates Due to the very recent fire in Camden we have been unable to bake for our local cafe as @rcoffeecamden is currently closed. We anticipate baking for you all again from 8th October and will keep you posted with our start date.... We currently have a min 2 week lead in time for all orders due to our baking volume and only one baker ;)) So please if you know events that are coming up contact me at [email protected] to at least block in a date so I can reserve a place for your baking. Annual Leave My last day of baking for 2020 is 20 Dec and I will return to the kitchen around 17 Jan 2021 Xmas Baking I will be offering limited C in C Xmas sets in which every product can be used at Xmas time. Our Spring events are in full swing and we are loving baking all the new items on the Spring Menu which is front page of our web.... We are now booked out until October 19th. Overwelmed with orders that have had me in the kitchen very long hours. I am the only baker here so I urge you to get orders in with a min 2 weeks notice leading up to Xmas. We do need to rest in between the big bakes. Sun and Mon are our official days off. All pick ups are still from my veranda and they are popped out just before agreed pick up times. This obviously is subject to weather. I am about to release my Christmas offer which will be a limited qty Christmas Essentials kit for your Xmas period ideal for entertaining at home this Xmas or gifting to a relative hosting a Xmas event.
