16.01.2022 Woohoo!!!! 44 dozen cupcakes later and all Christmas Eve cupcakes are OUT. THE. DOOR!!!! A little later than I had hoped, and some of you really tested me by coming EARLY! ... Thank you to every customer I have had this year. 2020 has certainly had its ups and downs that’s for sure. But once again, I am forever grateful to customers old and new, for keeping my little business going. I am going to spend the next hour or so cleaning up the bomb site that is my kitchen, and then spend some quality family time sitting in this air conditioned comfort, and not thinking about cupcakes at all, until 2021!!! I dont like to pass any judgement without knowing the story - so dont feel the need to make nasty comments. It is what it is - and it means you may get to win some yummy cupcakes! Yay!! I will be unavailable for orders on the following dates... *15th April - 29th April* (TBC) *Possibly a few days in both the July and September school holidays*... *23rd December - 11th January 2021* (TBC) For those of you who may be new to this page - please know that all of my cupcakes are baked by me, from scratch, in my council registered kitchen at home. I dont use cake mixes, I dont have a shop, and I dont have anyone else helping. Its all me. Some of you may think my prices are a little high, but I think theyre reasonable considering the quality ingredients, time and the effort I put into every single order. I am a human being! I like manners. If you send me a message, please say hello, please and thank you! These photos are of the three sizes I do. Large (also called regular), medium and mini. The minimum order for regular and medium size cupcakes is a dozen and all flavours except for vanilla and chocolate, are a minimum order of a dozen. Minis are a minimum order of a dozen for vanilla and/or choc and 2 dozen for other flavours. Prices start at $25 per dozen for plain iced vanilla and/or chocolate minis, $42 per dozen for the medium size and $48 per dozen for the largest size, and go up from there. Any decorations, sprinkles, toppers, wrappers or other flavours would be more. If you would like a price for something specific then please let me know what youre after and I will give you a quote. There are SO many variations of flavours and toppers that it is impossible to have an exhaustive price list - sorry!! I use a mix of ready made, sugar or royal icing decorations and home made ones. Anything that is fondant is made by me and all edible images are also done by me. Ideally, I like at least a weeks notice (preferably longer) for custom toppers. At the moment I am doing very limited deliveries - really just because I am so busy, collections are just easier! But if you really need delivery then I will do my best to oblige. 04.01.2022 Man. What a week. Three days in the last 7 I have done over 20 dozen cupcakes. Fathers Day, RUOK Day and yesterday...as well as smaller order days in between. To say Im knackered is an understatement! No cupcakes today or tomorrow....back to it Tuesday morning. Every now and then I need to take a day to just regroup...! Today is one of those days. Enjoyed a lovely early morning walk with the fam (and Archie!) this morning, followed by breakfast out. Some much needed... down time and time away from my kitchen! Happy Sunday folks.
