We recommend enjoying this Spirit in a dry Vodka martini with a citrus garnish

04.01.2022 Introducing.... Cuprum Spiced! Just in time for you to try it at @bunburyfringe this weekend! This distilled new make cane spirit is made from fermented molasses, then triple distilled through our copper pot still with a selection of vapour infused oriental and local spices including roasted wattle seeds and crushed sandalwood nuts. Giving an amazing warm spicy flavour with notes of vanilla, caramel and charred oak. We suggest trying it on the rocks for the full flavour OR taste it in a cocktail

02.01.2022 Did you know that all of our Copper Stills were made locally rather than imported? A very clever retired friend (AKA Woodsy) who is a qualified boiler maker and Coppersmith took on the challenge to build two beautiful traditional Alembic copper pot stills. These took nearly 12 months to create, and we are delighted with the results! The stills are completely unique and we are confident that there would not be anything like them in the world. These were designed here in Bunbury and will produce a unique flavour profile to our spirits
