22.01.2022 We are certainly living in 'interesting times’. I know I’m slower than some but I’ll be going" to my first on-line dinner party next week. How weirdly exciting. Our response to the strange new reality we find ourselves in will be very varied but for most of us it is at least un-nerving. Many of us are spending a lot more time at home or alone. But it may also be a time of opportunity: to take stock, reflect, process and plan. By reclaiming some feelings of control, we can... reduce our stress. In line with appropriate social responsibility my face to face coaching has now switched to on-line sessions. The technology is great and the sessions can be just as productive. On a lighter note, I’m delighted to share that I created two workshops and they have been accepted at our local community college for Term 2.
