23.01.2022 D O W N F A C E D O G This posture has been an interesting one during pregnancy. Earlier on it felt so damn good! Now it starts to feel uncomfortable after 10 or so breaths. Little bubba starts to ride up into my ribs hehe But in the time during the posture, helps reduce spinal and hamstring tension. So I do it every day :) #37weeks @yennyyogini #yennyyogini

22.01.2022 H A P P Y M O N D A Y Hanging upside is such a great way to calm the body and nervous system. I often like to start my practice with a few inverted postures such as ragdoll pose + down face dog to get my mind settled. Thanks for the sneaky snap @beseenandheard

15.01.2022 U S T R A S A N A Once upon a time, in this shape, my head landed on the floor near my feet. Thats when I had a lot of mobility, but not much strength in the body. These days I love feeling my way into the posture rather than -falling in- No injuries, and much kinder to my low back.
