All patients are screened when scheduling their appointment, and again on attendance on the day of their appointment, to ensure that they do not have any symptoms related to COVID-19, with no overseas travel in the past 14 days, or if they have come in close contact with a suspected or known case of Coronavirus. This screening process ensures patients with suspected criteria do not attend the practice. All magazines and toys are removed from waiting rooms. Increase frequency of cleaning and sanitisation of our waiting rooms and clinical treatment rooms surfaces including seating, reception desk, door handles, EFTPOS machine etc. Hand sanitisers are available for use for all patients on arrival and on departure of their appointments.
