06.01.2022 Expected. But I would suggest it opens a fairly big can of worms in what’s considered improper, in regards to text messages sent between friends. Where do you draw the line in regards to banter between friends & charging someone with improper conduct. I would suggest every licensee Australia wide would have sent a message that could be seen as improper conduct. Small fine for a naughty text ? How could it possibly be disqualification?
