24.01.2022 Springbrook ride = 1h 20mins up and a fun 20mins down. Great scenery along the way and a coffee shop at the top. Loved it.

15.01.2022 In recent years this group has been inactive. There are a few of us that meet most Sunday’s at Currumbin surf club for a ride, ocean swim then a rare run. 7am Sunday’s. Yell out if you would like to join in. It’s a slow paced training session.

03.01.2022 An attendance win for the 2nd 2013 season. Start back in mid Jan with a series of 4 week seasons to shake things up a bit and provide racing before the Mooloolaba and GC tri.
