Last year Mike Van Dam's piece Emerging Dragon was celebrated as the winner of the Kids Choice Award, we're excited to see who the kids pick will be this year! #SWELL2016 #creativegold #peopleartplace See more

07.01.2022 And the Busk Kings had a great success, coming second in the Battle of the Buskers, an invitation-only event on the Currumbin Creek Tavern as part of the busking festival. Well done, lads, and thanks for the CD you left me at the unit.

03.01.2022 The SWELL Poppy Art installation emerged today as a new flow of poppies after its debut last year of 5,000 poppies lovingly crafted from 10,000 recycled plastic... bottles cast over iconic Elephant Rock as the Rock of Remembrance. The poppies serve as an evocative tribute to those fallen and to those still serving in the lead up to the ANZAC Dawn Service at Currumbin. SWELL Sculpture Festival is extremely proud to work with artists Lynne Adams, Tony Butler, the Currumbin RSL and local school students on this creative exchange - read more http://bit.ly/1SKTvsV #ANZACpoppies #lestweforget #creativegold #SWELL2016
