21.01.2022 Chicken Chettinad - Customer order, not for the faint hearted (Can be made less spicy) Marinated chicken cooked in freshly ground spices. Pepper and chillies along with curry spices are roasted to create this authentic recipe of South India.

20.01.2022 Ox Tongue Roast for a customer - spicy, melt in the mouth roast with freshly ground spices of pepper, cinnamon, cloves and garlic.

04.01.2022 Chinese Menu - Special fried rice with prawn, roast pork and egg. Garlic and Chilli Prawns Mongolian Beef with a twist. I was very chuffed when I was told it was as good as the restaurant.
