How is Curtin University supporting you in finding employment post-graduation? Please let us know about your own experience.... A group of 4th year occupational therapy students from Curtin University are conducting a research study to explore the perceived enablers and barriers for future employment of undergraduate students at Curtin University. We would love to hear from undergraduate students, including those who identify as having a disability, to participate in individual interviews to explore their own experience surrounding this topic. 23.01.2022 Third Corporate Governance Symposium builds industry connections The third annual Corporate Governance Research Symposium took place last week at 137 St Georges Terrace. The Symposium is an initiative of the School of Accounting in collaboration with Curtin Law School. Symposium Convenor, Dr Harj Singh, oversaw an impressive program with presentations and a panel session featuring both academic and industry speakers. Topics included sports governance, Indigenous governance, financial sustainability, information governance, governance through Blockchain, and accountability and risk challenges during COVID-19.

We are pleased to announce that Curtin Coin won the Innovation in Learning and Teaching Award. Congratulations to the Curtin Coin team, Professor Saurav Dutta and Dr Vincent Chang from Curtin’s School of Accounting. The ‘Curtin Coin’ cryptocurrency is being introduced within the Faculty of Business and Law to give business students a ‘hands-on’ learning experience. Each student w...ill earn coins as rewards from tutors, and can then redeem them at specific events or Curtin outlets. It will give students a practical understanding of the fundamentals of blockchain, cryptocurrency and the cyber economy.
