06.01.2022 Looking for volunteering opportunities? Curtin EWB is teaming up with Curtin Volunteers for John Curtin Weekend, a 2-night volunteering opportunity for a team of 15 lucky volunteers, from the 9th-11th of October This year we will be travelling to Waroona to assist the Waroona Agricultural Society run the Waroona Show! ... You will have the opportunity to help run many of the attractions, including log chopping, side show alley, trade stalls, horse, cattle and poultry judging, children's entertainment, hall exhibits, cooking demonstrations, bands, fashion parades and the spectacular Bill Wyllie Memorial fireworks display. The price for registration is $60, which includes food, transport and for the duration of the weekend. This is an amazing opportunity to meet other like-minded people, give back to the community and build up your volunteering portfolio.
