Exercise and spending times with other happy people cannot be under estimated for helping with depression. Look after yourself and join a group of woman that will bring you up and make you feel good.

07.01.2022 Don't like exercise??? Haha most of us don't! But when you laugh when you exercise it makes it less a chore. Laughter also reduces the stress chemicals in your brain and increases the amount of oxygen flowing through your brain and body, which is great for your mental health. Laughing can even turn a negative experience into a positive one and can brighten your mood for the rest of the day. Just ask the women who come to Curves..we do a lot of laughing!

01.01.2022 I want to thank all my wonderful members that helped me celebrate my 7th Anniversary of ownership today. It humbles me the support and love I receive from Curves ladies. I am here today because of them and our supportive community. Thank you and lets look forward to another great year.
