Exercise outdoors with your family!... I missed my curves workout today however I spent the morning doing the Coastal Walk from Minimurra to Kiama with my kids! Beautiful day, amazing scenery, and the best company you could ask for!

Exercising at Curves Dapto has been an intrinsic part of my everyday fitness regime. In recent times Curves Dapto has been a HUGE part of my recovery from a serious health issue. It was reassuring to see all my specialists recommending regular exercise as a vital and necessary part of my treatment because it works! I would also like to thank Nat Manning so much for her terrific support to all members. She shone in organising online classes for us during the COVID lockdown.
