22.01.2022 Last night we got all dressed up and attended the #TelstraBizAwards as one of 32 finalists out of over 21,000 businesses that applied. We didn't take home a national award, but couldn't be more honoured to be considered in this group of amazing businesses. The calibre was incredibly high and we came away from the night inspired by the success stories around us. Congratulations to Suzanne Hopman for being awarded the National top prize, for the inspirational work she does a...t Dignity Australia to provide assistance to people experiencing homelessness. Read more here - https://dignity.org.au/ We look forward to collaborating with Suzanne in future, as well as many other finalists we have met through the awards journey. Congratulations also go to the category finalists, Modibodi, Sonder and our table mates Water Tight Canberra. We can't wait to see all of these amazing businesses continue to bring their best.

22.01.2022 How do we reduce the risk of infection for staff, patients and improve operational efficiency in healthcare? With the rise in COVID related presentations at hospitals, digital healthcare is now more than ever a key factor in protecting your healthcare professionals and patients during this global pandemic. We know that flattening the curve can be accelerated through remote patient monitoring, allowing healthcare facilities to engage with staff and patients at home. ... This will also help clinicians keep track of critical patients, and continue to provide care for patients who are self-isolating. Increasing operational efficiency in a time when healthcare resources are under immense pressure will be crucial in reducing the spread. You can find out more here: WeGuide.com.au/covid19

09.01.2022 The Curve Trip 2019 is over, and what an amazing 6 days we had together. Bringing our global team together once a year has been a cornerstone of our strong culture, and this year was better than ever! We travelled to Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang in Vietnam. Some of us met face to face for the first time, others achieved life goals and we spent many MANY hours getting to know each other. ... We shopped, explored, relaxed and ate until our hearts were full. Digging deeper, we used #StrengthsFinder to learn more about each other and spent the day understanding and appreciating our differences. Discovering amazing insights about our colleagues means another year of a connected, dedicated team at Curve. Interesting to see we have such a balanced team between strategic thinkers, execution, influencing and relationship building! This sort of team culture does not happen by accident, it is deliberate and difficult, but worthwhile. Create the kind of workplace and company culture that will attract great talent. 04.01.2022 When it comes to the health of our employee's here at Curve, we like to practice what we preach. If we're on a mission to help #1billion lives, we know we need to start with the people closest to us - our colleagues and friends. That's why we've recently launched the CurveWell Program, designed to ensure our staff take at least 2 hours out of their paid, working week to refuel their energy in whatever helps them feel their best - whether that's a hike in nature, a workout, me...ditation, journaling, stretching, gardening or even just walking the dog! We've already seen an 85% participation rate across the organisation and we can't wait to see what the longer term outcomes and feedback look like. #employeehealth #teamwork #thecurveway #mentalhealth #wellbeing
