23.01.2022 CAT'S AWAY, MICE PLAY! Last weekend, The Curvettes played Las Vegas and it was HUGE. But it was the following day that things got interesting! While Ronnie took a quick jaunt to revisit the home of her old flame Elvis, Betty and Georgie caught up with the infamous Britney Spears after her own Las Vegas show and got into a bit of strife. Betty and Britney teamed up to lead Georgie astray and a photographer secretly captured a less than glittering moment. The repercussions are sure to be felt all the way to the band's show here in the Hunter on May 23. Have you got your tickets yet? 19.01.2022 GEORGIE TO ASSIST DR. DOLITTLE IN UNUSUAL CASE

18.01.2022 REVEALED: CURVETTES TO HOST SPECIAL INTERNATIONAL WOMENS DAY BALL It was a secret. Until now. Word has spread that The Curvettes, those sensational sirens from the 60's, are putting together an exclusive invitation-only event for International Women’s Day this Sunday.... The girls see themselves as role-models and want to hold an event with others that will spread messages of empowerment to women internationally. To be held in the beautifully ornate ballroom at the Bundeshaus in Bern, Switzerland, the event is attracting some of the most powerful and significant women around the globe. While the guest list remains a closely guarded secret, we can reveal that J-Lo, Tay Tay, Lizzo and Billie Eilish are among the musical guests invited. It has also been reported that there are quite a number of Australian women of influence on the list. Despite details being held under lock and key, we have been able to discover a few things and, if this is just a taste of what the evening will present, it is going to be one memorable night. We have also learnt that: Ronnie herself will be giving the keynote speech, entitled ‘The Empowerment of Women in The 21st Century’ Dame Edna will be making trifle as an after-dinner treat All guests will receive a Goop Gift bag, put together personally by Gwyneth Paltrow and featuring her (ahem) popular candles Kath and Kim will be doing a special presentation on Feminine Poise & Eloquence, including a section on Marriage & The Kitchen titled The Veneer of Monogamy. We tried to elicit more details from Ronnie but she was adamant that no more news would escape, firmly stating, you remember when magazines had a sealed section, don’t you? Well, this is just like that sealed! We tried to find out if any of the millions of The Curvettes’ global female fans would be attending but Ronnie was equally as tight-lipped about that.

15.01.2022 PUTIN ON THE RITZ After some, shall we say, VERY interesting shows in the Bermuda Triangle (what a trip!) and South Africa, where Georgie got to help the legendary Dr. Dolittle, The Curvettes jetted north to the icy temperatures of Russia. As the plane crossed the border, the whole plane were celebrating with vodka shots and were decidedly ‘merry’ while singing a booming chorus of ‘Back In The USSR’, a song by another 60s band, who were heavily influenced by The Curvettes, ca...lled The Beatles. Landing in Moscow, where it is just 3 degrees today, the band were quickly whisked away in toasty limousines to the Kremlin where they met with President Vladimir Putin (see pic) in his equally warm reception room. Betty immediately took a shine to the handsome Russian interpreter who stood nearby and she was too busy giggling and fluttering her eyelashes to engage in the discussion. Georgie prompted a laugh from the normally stern Vladimir when he confessed to once playing a dangerous game of Russian roulette, to which she replied Oooh, can I play too? I’ve never been to a casino!. As a long time fan of the girls, President Putin bestowed upon them a raft of gifts including some traditional robes, some tiaras, furry hats called ushanka (some complete with very fashionable ear-flaps), other decorative headwear called kokohniks and a fine pair of Cossack boots for everyone. But it was Ronnie for whom Mr Putin swooned and, after some serious persuasion on the President’s part, Ronnie finally relented to accompanying him to the Bolshoi Ballet this evening. While the rest of the band and their entourage returned to their limousines, Betty was last seen knee-deep in snow in her Cossack boots chasing the interpreter across Red Square. Hopefully she’ll be back before tomorrow night’s sold-out show. 13.01.2022 Well, we all remember how close Ronnie and Elvis were back in the day (ssshhh, don't tell Priscilla). As part of their world tour, The Curvettes played a huge show in Memphis last night and the paparazzi snapped this this morning - Ronnie denies EVERYTHING!

09.01.2022 HAS ANYONE SEEN BETTY? Fresh from an insanely wild show at Sturgis, the world's biggest Motorcycle Rally, held in South Dakota USA, the girls were headed back to their mobile dressing room and zoom! A young man in a bandanna, gold shirt and jeans rode by and, in a split second, Betty was gone. At first we thought she had been kidnapped but we should've known better. The pair were snapped on their way out of town and Betty sure didn't look like she was being held captive. The band are due to fly out in a couple of days for a massive show in Rio - she'd better get back in time. Ronnie's already very VERY unimpressed! 09.01.2022 The Curvettes joined a host of Australian celebrities at this year’s annual G’Day USA celebration in Los Angeles. With many holding tickets for the band’s upcoming show there, the girls were in high demand for intimate conversations and photo opps. Here’s just one pic, rubbing shoulders with Hugh Jackman, Olivia Newton-John, Chris Hemsworth, Margot Robbie and Russell Crowe. 08.01.2022 CURVETTES NEWCASTLE SHOW POSTPONED A message to our fans from Ronnie, Betty & Georgie; It is with heavy hearts that we confirm the postponement of our Newcastle Show. The welfare of our fans is always our top priority and therefore we must fall in line with Australian Government directives (there’s a first time for everything) and postpone the finale concert of our world tour....
