03.01.2022 Some of you may know that I went to the Low Carb Downunder event held on the Gold Coast on the weekend. It was a fantastic mixture of the latest science around ...low carb healthy fat nutrition and real personal stories about individual weight loss and better metabolic health. There was much talk of steak and eggs, leafy greens and a growing trend in the carnivor movement. Fast forward to today, subliminal messaging at work, I’ve just made a delicious batch of Blood Orange marmalade, the colours were amazing and it tastes divine! Probably no sales to the low carb community but it will be available this Friday from the Farmgate shop. See more
