25.01.2022 Sep 2020 - Custom model of the month - RAAF Pilatus PC-21 The PC-21 is the world's most advanced pilot training aircraft. The Pilatus PC-21 is equipped with:... a pressurised cockpit air conditioning an anti-G system, and on-board oxygen generation. It is capable of sustained low-level speeds over 320 knots, and hydraulically assisted ailerons and roll spoilers can produce fighter-like rates of roll in excess of 200 degrees per second. A digital power management system and automatic yaw compensation makes the PC-21 easy to fly in the circuit, while still providing the performance required for advanced training. The capabilities of the PC-21 make it ideally suited to a very wide training scope. It can be used from day one in the training system, eliminating the need for an elementary flying training fleet, but also bridges the performance gap between traditional turboprop trainers and lead-in fighters. 24.01.2022 RIP Sir and thank you for your service ! On 21-OCT-1943 a B-25A Mitchell bomber, registration number N5-156, caught fire over the Northern Territory, after a flare exploded in the bomb bay. Four aviators parachuted to safety, unfortunately one of the crew did not survive. There are no known photographs of the Dutch flagged war bird but we will be able to provide an accurate replica for the family.... For orders or enquiries please email - [email protected]

24.01.2022 Off the shelf, NEVER, every model we produce is unique. Custom Aviation Models Australia can build to your exact requirements. Today we start producing a replica UH-1H Iroquois to commemorate a customers time in the Sinai. The MFO (Multinational Force & Observers Sinai) was formed as a result of the peace between Israel and Egypt after some years of occupation in the Sinai Peninsula in Egypt. The MFO was officially operational on 25 April 1982. RAAF Helicopters went to the ...Sinai as the Rotary Wing Aviation Unit (RWAU), and were withdrawn in 1986. In 1992, Australia returned to the MFO, providing 26 soldiers in varying tasks in Operations, Administration, Security and Communications. Australia's contribution continues today. Operation Mazurka is Australia's contribution to the Multinational Force and Observers (MFO) in the Sinai. The MFO was established in 1981 to oversee the Camp David Accords of 1978 and the Egypt/Israel Peace Treaty of 1979. Under the Accords, Israel withdrew from the Egyptian territory it had occupied since the 1967 Arab-Israeli War. The MFO was created outside the framework of the UN because the Soviet Union was opposed to UN involvement. The MFO is governed by the US State Department and is headquartered in Rome. Comments: Australia and New Zealand contributed to the MFO at the outset by providing the Force's Rotary Wing Aviation Unit (RWAU). The ADF provided a joint RAN / Army / RAAF detachment, comprising 8 UH-1H helicopters. The Contingent was withdrawn in April 1986 as the government sought to reduce Australia's peacekeeping commitments. On 8 January 1993 the ADF returned to the Sinai again. A 26 strong contingent of HQ staff and MP's initially on 12 month tours, then reduced to 6 - 9 month tours, rejoined the MFO following a review of the government's position. Primarily the Australians assist in the peace process by monitoring the border and preparing daily operational briefings, and support to the Headquarters. In addition to these staff functions, they undertake an important force training function that includes physical training. 14.01.2022 It is tough times in the aviation industry but during the slowdown the memories live on and it will recover. We just took an enquiry to produce two Ansett Air Freight models, the 727-200 was a workhorse that looked great in the Ansett livery. The Boeing 727 is a narrow-body airliner produced by Boeing Commercial Airplanes. After the heavy 707 quad-jet was introduced in 1958, Boeing addressed the demand for shorter flight lengths from smaller airports. On December 5, 1960, t...he 727 was launched with 40 orders each from United Airlines and Eastern Air Lines. The first 727-100 rolled out November 27, 1962, first flew on February 9, 1963, and entered service with Eastern on February 1, 1964. For orders or enquiries please email - [email protected]

01.01.2022 One of the worlds most unique aircraft further customised to an aviators specific requirements. Our customer had served on this variant for two nations so gave him two aircraft memories in one model. We love all our replicas but his one may just be our favorite so far ! The RC-135V/W Rivet Joint is the USAF's standard airborne SIGINT platform. The RJ's sensor suite allows the mission crew to detect, identify and geolocate signals throughout the electromagnetic spectrum. The ...mission crew can then forward gathered information in a variety of formats to a wide range of consumers via RJ's extensive communications suite. The crew consists of the cockpit crew, electronic warfare officers, intelligence operators, and airborne systems maintenance personnel. All Rivet Joint airframe and mission systems modifications are performed by L-3 Communications in Greenville, Texas, under the oversight of the Air Force Materiel Command. The RJ's are permanently based at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska, and operated by the 55th Wing, using various forward deployment locations worldwide. The United Kingdom bought three KC-135R aircraft for conversion to RC-135W Rivet Joint standard under the Airseeker project. The aircraft formed No. 51 Squadron RAF, based at RAF Waddington along with the RAF's other ISTAR assets. They are expected to remain in service until 2045.
