25.01.2022 Hey Everyone, just a reminder, we do all aspects of Carpentry, from one off small items such as bespoke furniture to fencing, framing, fitoffs, decking, patios and retaining walls. Call, message, email or Messenger anytime. Cheers, Dan

25.01.2022 Knocked these out for a customer. Contact us for just about anything...... Cheers, Dan

25.01.2022 This customer needed a complete reno, as there were planter boxes and 2 very small stepped decks, so we stripped out the area, and bought the level of the sub floor up to do away with the 2 flights of steps midway through the area, this has opened it up immensely, and created so much extra space. Ready and waiting for F.C. sheet.

24.01.2022 Whether it's a retaining wall or a sliding barn door install, we have you covered. Contact us for any enquires.... Cheers, Dan

22.01.2022 Still finishing up this job so this is just a teaser.... Before and after.

20.01.2022 G'day, here we have a before and after of a client's recently renovated outdoor area. The client wanted to change pool fencing, extend the patio roof and finish it up nicely lined underneath and flashed around. Came out looking the goods!

20.01.2022 Thanks again Kirsten Schmit. Thoroughly enjoyed working with you on your project. I hope you enjoy your deck and patio roof for many years to come.

15.01.2022 Messing around with the branding iron on an old piece of plywood over the weekend...

15.01.2022 Thanks again Louise for choosing Custom Cut Carpentry and Maintenance. It was a pleasure to be working with you on our second project together. The barn door and wall install is just a small snippet of what we have achieved at Louise's... There were decking repairs, framing externally around windows, dividing another room in half with a stud wall and hanging 2 doors... all in our stride. Cheers!

14.01.2022 Hey all, just a heads up! We do fencing too. This particular client has cattle, so the rails went on the inside of the posts, as sometimes cattle lean on fencing and pop rails off Give us a call for your any of your fencing requirements. Dan.

14.01.2022 Thanks to Anthony at CNC Works for laser cutting this up, absolute legend mate. Not too shabby for a piece of old hardwood!

10.01.2022 Just finished up this little project. It's a work boot puller. Stand on it with one foot, hook other boot in the V and pull. Finished in decking oil to preserve it for years to come.

09.01.2022 Freshly completed Fish Tank Stand, the customer could not find someone to make one to her specifications...no dramas for us here at Custom Cut!

09.01.2022 Please welcome our newest member of the Custom Cut crew..... Malachi! Great job on the tools today mate!

07.01.2022 Hey all, this particular job the customer wanted to tidy up the shed for a change of use. Standard 6mm fibre cement sheeting and joiners on the wall and mini orb corro on the roof. 1st pic is when we started, second is the wall finished and the 3rd pic is all finished.... well almost, just need to trim around the window. Cheers, Dan

06.01.2022 Hey Guys and Gals, here we have a little project. Bottom pic is straight off the Lucas sawmill (many years ago, lol) middle pic has been run through the thickness planer to plane it smooth. Top pic is docked ready for the finished product. Any guesses as to what it will end up becoming? (Rule out cutting board and cheese platter) :)... Dan See more

06.01.2022 Ok, freshly completed.... There was wood rot in the previous balustrade and the client was after something that would last, but also showcase their sensational views... what do you think?

06.01.2022 Recently completed deck and pool fencing

04.01.2022 Hey everyone, we knocked this little box up for a customer who had no way of neatly storing their camping cooker, we do it all from little one off sliding lid boxes to hundreds of metres of fencing....

04.01.2022 Hey all, this is a piece of hardwood decking that has been coated in a polyurethane on the left and clear decking oil on the right. The decking oil will need to be recoated approximately every 12 months in the weather, and the polyurethane will need to be recoated every 12 months under cover to keep it protected. Both are great at protecting timber but the polyurethane is definitely more suited to being under roof protected from the U.V. Dan.
