13.01.2022 Possum Magic cake I can not take all the credit for this cake...It was a real team effort! I made the possum cake topper & decorative stars I also assembled the display onsite.... A huge thanks to the following locals businesses for their help with this cake St. Helens Bakery for the 100 yummy cream & jam filled lamingtons as well as the giant lamington for the top. St Helens Glass & Aluminium for making the cake stand.
