You need to make sure you are doing all th...e one percent things as a cricketer especially as a fast bowler. To be a great fast bowler you have to get the most out of yourself so having a fantastic strength and conditioning program which includes mobility and having a great warm up/ pre hab routine is absolutely crucial.
