This little hub gives us the ability to mount a very clean and tidy solution for multiple MIDI style high current fuses, and a combination of low current circuits with blade fuses in a compact, clean and tidy layout. 20.01.2022 With the way of life changing this past 12 months and the carvaning lifestyle surging, this little product is going to make its self a must have for some added security. The team at COGS are stocking and installing both the GPS tracking and non tracking WiTi anti-theft systems. These give the caravan an added line of defense with both an audible horn and lighting up of the caravans lighting system to alert to a potentially unwanted attempt to hitch up or impact being registered by the sensor. It will apply power to electric brakes to make a quick getaway a lot less possible.
17.01.2022 Pretty Stoked with the outcome of this. After a few attempts at a kitchen, #customoffgridsolutions decided to take it up a notch. I Think "moo" has taken this one to a whole new place. All designed and manufactured in house. Amanda sent the CAD drawing to have the pieces lazer cut to measure. She then welded it all out, clearance fitted it to sliding mechs perfectly, sent it for powder-coat and then back in house to fit out. This HAD to fit in a very tight location that was... pre existing, HAD to home the induction cooker and must be easy to use. #nailedit The #msa drop slide went for a cut and shut to house a beef eater 4 burner BBQ, with millimetres of clearance to fit back into this interior fit out our friends Seano and Russco made happen. This monster will be having a full reveal done in the future, but for now, we will trickle out some pics to ogle.
12.01.2022 Tidy little upgrade for one of our longest standing customers from Samford. These guys have been supporting me since day one. Way back in 2007 we rocked a dual battery for this customer in their Hilux. Nowadays towing the van with all the power to boot behind the LC200 is more suited to their needs. COGS has the ability to diagnose, design and implement any type of power solution to help keep our you enjoying the great outdoors............. OFFGRID!
10.01.2022 Had this interesting little project to tackle late last year. Couldn't get a credible way to use opti's with a more traditional MPPT regulator....... Figured we would just network a bunch of individual MPPT's and do it a different way. ... The end result was a little less traditional but it has many redundancies , they all communicate and network and get around the unique set of conditions faced at the location. Had a blast getting this system to life. Pylontech Batteries serve up the storage to the victron multiplus 2 inverter, monitored by the cerbo / gx touch 50 combo.

This is a nice rear mounted solution we crafted to fit under the retractable hard cover. #Enerdrive DC40+ with 120 amp/hr battery in custom enclosure with accessory ports. ... #MSA fridge slide on mount to clear tailgate at full extension with a full load in the fridge! #customoffgridsolutions also fitted spotlights, a central lock actuator for the tail gate and a host of accessory sockets on this customers rig.

When there is not an off the shelf solution COGS have all the patience and creativity to make a square peg fit a round hole................. and make the result speak for itself. Here are a couple of the more unique solutions done to get the right enclosure volume to let a quality woofer breath and flow to reach that sweet spot!!!
03.01.2022 Nice little combo to power up and give this vintage caravan all the grunt of the modern offerings. It got the full offering for running the mod-cons in the very revived "olds cool" franklin caravan. 4 x 330 Jinko Mono perc solar panels via a couple of victron MPPT controllers, the ever strong victron multiplus 2K inverter charger and the proven enerdrive 200 Amp lithium battery pack. ... Lets just say this made sure the van has power to burn.........
02.01.2022 Welcome to 2021! We have a couple of exciting new products to get this year off to a big start. Firstly today the team expertly integrated a carafan sahara positive pressure system into our customers Jayco journey outback. To make this look like a factory fitment, we made a custom laminated adaptor to pack the hatch cutout hole to the carafan duct and not only wired it to the easiest source, the team at COGS have routed the cables back to the jayco BM Pro35 wireless switching modules so that the carafan can be switched via the Mobile phone App!!! Talk about taking it up a step.
