It was such a breath of fresh air to be able to listen to them conversing with each other whilst doing their nails. 23.01.2022 Super excited!!!!! My best friend Cheryl owns and operates Wrappa, which was essentially reusable food wraps. Saving on throw away plastic cling wrap and caring for the environment. The wraps are 100% organic cotton and filtered local bees wax, tree resin and jojoba oil. Well, she’s been kind enough to let me display some in the salon for sale.... Beautiful materials and very well made, they will bring a bit of colour to anyone’s lunch box. 15.01.2022 I hear so many times, people saying that acrylics wreck your nails, dipping powder wrecks your nails and so on... But here are a set of nails I attended to during the week. 5 years of continual wearing of acrylic. I have had the pleasure of this clients loyal service only for the past 20 months, with an appointment every four weeks, coming all the way from Bordertown. On this last visit, my client decided to take a bit of a break...so we removed the coloured dipping acrylic a...nd this is the result.. If your service and application is good and your removal is correct then there are no issues. Care of the natural nail is paramount. See more

09.01.2022 Someone finally took the plunge.... Since I got my new collection of dipping powders, I’ve had plenty of people comment on this colour but one brave soul allowed me to use it on them yesterday...

But due to the current lockdown restrictions I will not be taking any appointments until we get the go ahead to have the public leave their houses for reasons other than shopping and medical. Hopefully the 6 days is all that is required. Stay safe until then.

05.01.2022 And we’re back... well I’m back... Return to nail and beauty services as of Monday 1st June. Please be patient over the coming weeks.... I have a whole list of names of clients wanting their nails done and I’m still working full time with my other employment so I will endeavour to get to everyone as soon as I can. I’ve started bookings already but for those I haven’t been in contact with if you can see this post, I ask that you just leave you’re name on here and whether you require a day or after hours appt and I will get back to you. I ask that if you are sick that you do not make an appointment until you are well. I will have hand sanitiser available and equipment will be sanitised between clients for your safety as done previously. I manage my bookings one after the other so there will be no issues with breaching the regulations re client numbers. I have missed you all terribly but am now also anxious about trying to get everybody in and still maintain my current home and work balance. Look forward to seeing you all again... COVID19 talk is banned...
