24.01.2022 Gave the old highmount abit of a birthday. New gp100 top hat with 60% gears, new bullet motors, new gp solenoids, gp brake shaft and some new brake shoes. Just need to order some rope and get some 120 cable and should be ready to go in the car once it returns home.

23.01.2022 The struggle is real!

22.01.2022 Finally got a free weekend to head down to brisvegas to drop all the suspension and diffs off. Cars got the cage all tacked in just need to add a few other bars for side intrusion and for the dash and windscreen once seats are mounted and can come out to get welded up. Hopefully get some more progress shots in the next couple of week. #gisjfabs

20.01.2022 New tray coming up pretty good for my first time ever fabricating anything. Can finally say ive built something now. Really kicking myself i didnt do this from the start because the car would be alot closer to the finish line of the built. Needed to make some new sides so that i can get full up travel out of the suspension. Pretty happy with my progress. I still cant weld to save myself but getting pretty good on a flapper disc so it doesnt look as hideous. Hopefully get the radiator mounted and roof lights sorted tomorrow.#cutbus #kings #learning #wannnabefabricator

19.01.2022 Honestly got no idea what im doing but im having fun learning. First time ive ever used a bender and notcher and having the right gear makes everything so much easier. Dash and seats are finally sorted in the bus. Just need a sheet of alley to finish it off and mount all the gauges, switches and shifters #cutbusracing #allthegearnoidea #garmin #cobras

11.01.2022 Cage finally all tacked into place. Nearly ready to come out a be welded off. Just need to mount battery trays and can come out. Rear of chassis all stripped back ready for the patrol diff to go under with 4 link set up.

08.01.2022 Made our way down south for the weekend to see the bus. Ended up getting food poisoning friday night so motivation was very low. But we Got the seat postions sorted and sorted out how the dash will be done. Pulled the front diff and steering box off ready to Fit the gu ones under it and make A start on the front suspension. Also started stripping the front end to get ready for tube front and new bar with alot better approach angle.

06.01.2022 Few more hrs spent on the bus over the last few days while on holidays. Got a few other things ticked off the list. Car finally supports itself. All the rear end is pretty much welded off just need to add some more braces to the hoops and then can start mounting everything else around them. Front diff has been braced and rebuilt just waiting for the brackets to come and then can be finished. Winch is in position. Just need to modify the tube front end for abit more clearance on the winch motors and to make servicing easier.

04.01.2022 Cutbus getting abit more love over the long weekend. Front end all stripped back. Has the small diff sitting under it again. Just need get some new drop boxes made up to suit the wider arms. Chassis all ground back with bumps tacked on ready for the gu steering box and coilover hoops to go on then a tube front end. The rear ends got the 210l tank sitting in place. #gisjfabs

04.01.2022 Marksy been getting stuck into the rear end of the cutbus the last few nights. Sitting on the patrol diff now. Have sorted out he is going to run all the 4 link. Hoops have been made up for the coilovers and triples. Starting to look like a race car now
