Our backgrounds ...are in customer service based industries, we believe we have the knowledge and experience to know how to best serve our community. So, what is Never Forget Again? In short, we are a gifting service, we find gifts for your loved ones, wrap them, add a card & send them to you or direct to your loved one in time for the special occasion. What makes us so special? Well, this is the best bit! We work exclusively with small Australian businesses - cottage industry & work at home mum type businesses. We have collaborated with some amazing businesses to bring you incredible, unique & personalised gifts. We have sifted through a lot of small businesses to find a selection of high quality items, so you don't have to. But we don't only provide physical gifts, we have worked hard (and continue to do so) to find some unique experiences to offer as part of our service. We aim to serve those who are short on time, forgetful when it comes to special occasions, those who have trouble finding the perfect gift and those who love supporting local industry. How does it work? First of all, you contact us, let us know that you are in need of our service. We will email you a short questionnaire to get initial details, once you return this, depending on your answers, we will either send a secondary, more detailed questionnaire tailored to the person you are purchasing for or give you a call at a time convenient to you to discuss your needs. At this point we will ask you to pay a service fee (unfortunately we can’t work for free). Once we have all the details we need, we will start looking for the perfect gift, we will send you 3 - 5 options from what we have found. Once you reply with your preferred option and pay for the gift, we will purchase it, wrap it, add a beautiful handmade card and pop it in the post in time to arrive for the special occasion. You will even get to take all the credit for the incredible gift and take the title of best partner/friend/child/sibling/co-worker/etc you're welcome! We have a subscription based service available as well as a one off service. Our one off service is exactly that, just a one off - we can find a gift for any occasion for anyone! Our subscription based service is fully customisable - want us to find your mum’s birthday present each year? no worries. Want us to find all your partner's gifts for every special occasion throughout the year (birthday, anniversary, valentines day, christmas)? Can do! You name it, we can make it happen. How much is the service fee? The service fee for a one off is $50 - this fee covers our time to find the gift, wrapping it, the card and postage up to $20. As our subscription packages are customisable our fees will change to suit. The more services you include in your package, the more you save.
