24.01.2022 After pestering and pestering, the council have told me I can't do my bootcamps at Anzac park today and tomorrow as they still have stuff running for the marathon!!!! argh seriously!! oh well, rest up all that were coming, and get ready to be smashed next weekend, there will be SOME NEW RELEASES HEADING YOUR WAY :)

23.01.2022 due to weather and council restrictions on park grounds, the bootcamp has been cancelled today, hopefully the weather lets up and we can boot camp it tomorrow. I will be looking to do some mid week camps to make up for this weekend. Let me know if you can attend, or know anyone. CHEERS GUYS and GIRLS

23.01.2022 Morning All!!!!! Having dreams and goals (big or small) whether it be in life, careers, families or fitness and health. There has never been more truer words to live by then what this picture represents. I myself have struggled with seeing the bigger picture and focusing on small goals, but now I can finally say that my bigger goals are coming true and that's because I work my butt off for it. Whatever your goals may be, hard work, determination and a steely resolve WILL SEE YOU GET THERE!!!! P.s. on a lighter note ...... CORE DAY TODAY :)



23.01.2022 Protein What makes a great protein? GOLDEN RULE: Always look at the ingredients list to see what it is exactly that you are digesting . Rule of thumb is that if your ingredients list is more than 3 long and you dont know what the ingredients are, chances are its no good. www.punish.com.au ... 22.01.2022 MORNING ALL !!! I have a 'love/hate' relationship with legs, I love the results, hate doing them :P. Can honestly say though over these last few months I have grown more fond on leg days!!. You have to have goals whenever your at gym. TODAY mine is my PB in squats. What's your goals for the day?? ... #LEGGOLEGSDAY!!!

21.01.2022 Happy Hump Day!!!! What is your Mid week motivation?? The quote that seems to always get me through the day and motivate me to finish the week off strong is "leave nothing in the tank". Giving you all in your workouts, at work, with friends and family always get me through Hump Day and sets me up for the rest of the week. ... p.s ORIGIN!!!!!!

14.01.2022 After having TWO AMAZING DAYS away (not from training though :) in a romantic retreat in Coolum I am back, ready, energized and pumped for the week ahead!!! This weather sucks!!! HOWEVER its not going to stop me from training!!! 11.01.2022 Nutrition 101: PROTEIN: There is a lot of talk at the moment about protein powders. If you choose wisely these can be a great option when you are on the go BUT protein is hidden in more foods than you realise!! Your RDI is dependent on many things but most importantly your level of activity. Exercise, especially resistance and endurance training will rapidly break down muscle protein meaning you can need up to 50% more than the general recommendations. Let me know your favourite protein packed recipes :D

05.01.2022 Boot Camps will be starting up again thanks to this wonderful weather we are having, this is no excuse for you to have to body YOU want just before summer rolls around!!!! I will be holding two classes sat morning 7:30 am will be Boxing/Cardio while 7:30am Sun will be full body workout. Bookings are essential and I promise you will have FUN, Get in Shape and WORK!! If enough people are interested there will be an afternoon class. It will be held at Broadwater Parklands (Opposite Blue water lagoon apartments) and cost $10 or $15 for 2 classes.

04.01.2022 Chest Day Tip INCLINE before BENCH press. Why? The incline bench press is by far better for your pectoral muscles than the flat bench press. The main disadvantage for flat bench being that is work your shoulders (anterior deltoid) a lot more and as such they help your pectoral muscles out.

03.01.2022 Today starts day 1 of my dieting/bulking phase!! Excited and scared at the same time haha. Going to need all the motivation, inspiration, determination, will power, magic (normal or blood :) and voodoo to get me through this month of clean eating.... WISH ME LUCK!!!!! Whether you want to lose weight or gain muscle you absolutely need to add squats as they get the most muscles activated thus burning more fat or stimulating more muscles.

02.01.2022 Tip of the day! LEGS!! Legs are the biggest muscle groups in your body and therefore help you burn more calories. Never avoid leg day, you will only just be holding yourself back in terms of progress. Legs are 'foundation' muscles and they not only drive everything you do, they make you look symmetrical. I LOVE LEG DAY :) happy lifting
