22.01.2022 Magnificent set of Kasumi Knives, Japanese craftsmanship at its finest. Couple of damaged points fixed and now sharper than new.

21.01.2022 Their carrots might be crooked but they will be cutting dead straight. A heap of victorinox and a few other randoms sharpened for the Crooked Carrot . Sharper than new

08.01.2022 Jeff’s collection needed a little love. Reshaped the heal in the old style Wusthof’s to get them back to their original shape and then new edges on all of them. Sharper than new
