20.01.2022 This was such an interesting interview had with the General Manager of Notaras & Sons - Donna Layton. Not only has Donna been employed with this booming company for over 40 years, Donna has lead her team successfully through two back to back disasters this year with obvious impacts from the bush fires raging through their major wood species. The main reasons for this success is fool proofing her business prior, keeping associated costs to a minimum and focusing on her dedicated team morale and keeping them well informed over both events.
