Wilberforce CWA Presents Fermented Drinks with Moss House’s Margaret Mossakowska The first in a series of courses we will be offering. On Thursday 22nd August, 7pm sharp till 9pm at Wilberforce School of Arts Hall 531 Wilberforce Rd, Wilberforce NSW 2756 RSVP ESSENTIAL to Belinda Greene on 0402446661. Only 20 places are available. You must pre-pay to secure your place. Cost is $26 and includes a cuppa and biscuit. The course includes a jar of jun starter (a kombucha-like culture which uses honey instead of sugar) so everybody takes one home. Course notes. Also a taste test of 2nd ferment kombucha, kefir and beet kvass.
