25.01.2022 Has the full moon stirred up your emotions? Or does it all just feels too overwhelming now? Give yourself permission to cry a little.... or a lot. It’s cathartic. Better out than in. #betteroutthanin #beinghuman #selfcarefirst #selfhelp #wellnessthatworks #wellness #caritabodywork #letitgoletitflow #braveheart #beingbrave
23.01.2022 Be careful, said the 2 yo girl to me as she gave me this flower she was holding. I met her and her father on my walk this morning. She was curious about my crutch and asked me where the pain was. I pointed to my left ankle. Told her I fell. Such a simple but beautiful gesture. Thank you, little girl, for brightening my day! It’s my turn now to pay it forward #payitforward #simplythebest #beautifulgesture #beautifulchildren #kindgesture #mademyday #spreadkindness #nextgenerationofleaders #littleactsofkindness #aloha

15.01.2022 I'll be away from 6th March returning to Noosa on 6th April. Looking forward to this time away to learn something new and to make new connections. "Never stop learning because life never stops teaching" ~ Anonymous
15.01.2022 I've booked my flights! YESSSS...I'll be returning to Australia in April....for 6 weeks It's been wonderful being with family and friends in Singapore. But it's time for a very heavy dose of ocean, white sands, open spaces, you and you and you and all of you I could just IMAGINE all the hugs I'm going to give and receive First up, I'll be in Sydney on 2nd, 3rd and 4th April with massage appointments and mentoring sessions already booked. But there's always room for a ...couple more.. Flying into the Sunshine Coast on 5th April where I'll be spending most of my time in Noosa for the next few weeks. I'll be so happy to see you for massages, mentoring sessions and/or cups of tea/coffee or something stronger Know of anyone who's keen to learn Lomilomi? I'll be facilitating one from 1st - 3rd May in Brisbane with my dear friends, John and Pam Corowa. Watch this space for more details coming your way. Can't wait ? PM me on Messenger or send me a message on WhatsApp Miss you all....thank you and see you soon xx

13.01.2022 We’re being confronted by changes in our lives and existence. Especially now. Change is inevitable. Is it going to be an inconvenient obstacle or a character building opportunity? #changeyourmindset #changeyourattitidechangeyourlife #youchoose #courageovercomfort #opportunityforchange #nowispower #powerofnow #powerofchoice #manawa
10.01.2022 My family and I had a close call with the possibility of being infected by the virus. Due to the lock down, we decided to install cable tv for my parents to keep them entertained. Hence, several days ago, a technician entered my parents' home to activate the network for the installation. Yesterday, it was reported that 4 technicians who had entered 34 homes in the last 2 weeks were tested positive. I called the network company immediately and was hugely relieved to know... that the technician who attended the job at my parents' home belonged to a different group. The fear and the anxiety experienced was palpable. After the technician's visit, my sister brought groceries to my parents who then returned to my brother's family of 5. Yesterday, I was there to show them how to use the entertainment program and returned to my friend's where I'm staying. From one person, eleven others could have been infected. The scary possibility was there. Now that the family is safe and I've had time to reflect on the experience, it reminds me of the ripple effect. How a tiny drop could effect the entire body of water. Each one of us is but a drop in a massive ocean but should we choose to act, no matter how small the action was, could create an impact. Families and individuals are staying home, some are managing better than others, most people would experience some degree of stress and anxiety. For those of us who have the support and tools to manage our mental and emotional health in positive ways, how fortunate are we. If the smallest action we could do is to be kind to another person, to give a nod of acknowledgement to say "we are in this together" should we pass another at the supermarket, ask after the taxi driver and his family, or silently send some positive energy or a prayer when we witness anger or frustration, we might just create ripples of kindness, understanding and tolerance. Now more than ever before. Be safe. Stay safe. Much love and blessings image by Arek Socha on Pixabay

07.01.2022 Happy Friday everyone. Whatever we choose to think, say or do today, let’s choose it with love and gratitude
07.01.2022 What do you do when you walk into a dark room? You’d turn the light on! Laughter is that spark of light in this time of isolation and restricted movement. As the adage goes Laughter is the best medicine. Benefits of laughter: *increases immunity *helps relieve physical and emotional pain *burns an average 1.3 calories/min *exercises the diaphragm, contracts the abs and the shoulders, leaving muscles more relaxed afterward *stress a management *connects ...us with others Watch a comedy, play with the kids, make funny faces with phone apps, have a zoom happy hour with your mates, do some laughter yoga, put on a dance track and do a silly dance, create your own funny antics.....just 5-10mins each day. Let’s raise our vibrations and joy factor to help heal ourselves, our families and friends, our communities, our global neighbours, the animals, the birds and all of nature. #heal #laughteristhebestmedicine #laughterisgoodforthesoul #connection #peaceonearth #unityconsciousness #unity #dance #payitforward See more

02.01.2022 Blessings all, I hope you and your loved ones are keeping well and healthy, and taking care of one another as we navigate through these testing times. There's a story about a farmer whose son broke his leg and avoided being drafted. His neighbours thought he was lucky. To which the farmer responded, "Maybe." Heard of it? Well, I have a similar personal story. ... I had it all planned. Zenthai Flow Yoga TT in Bali in March, workshops and clients in Sydney and the Sunshine Coast in April and May, followed by another stint as Visiting Therapist at Sên Spa upon my return to Singapore from Australia. On 10th March, these plans would remain as entries in my diary for an uncertain period of time...yes I still keep a physical diary I had a bad fall and sustained distal tibia and fibula fractures which required surgery. Was it unlucky that it had to happen a third of my way through training? And what about my plans to see my friends and clients in Australia? Unlucky? Maybe. Due to my surgery, I couldn't continue with the training and flew home to Singapore on 14th March, 3 days before the Singapore government mandated the 14 days stay home notice for all citizens returning from overseas including Bali. My initial plan was to return on 18th March after a follow up review with the surgeon in Bali. If I had returned on 18th March, I mightn't have been able to attend my post op reviews as conveniently. Was I lucky? Maybe. Luck or unlucky? Who's to say. It just goes to show that nothing in life is guaranteed. The best laid out plans are still at the mercy of the hands of God/The Universe/Spirit (please use whatever terminology that resonates with you). Despite my temporary physical disability and disrupted plans amidst these challenging times, I am grateful and feel blessed. I've received so much kindness that went way beyond the scope of their duties....the doctors and nurses in Bali, the staff at the resort I was staying in, the airport staff in Bali and Singapore. AND to be so supported and cared for by my family and friends has touched me to the core of my being. I've learnt.....to receive , the importance of family and genuine friendships , that most people are innately kind , make plans but remain open , surrender and go with the flow , trust and believe in miracles, have fun, laugh, be happy and LOVE LOVE LOVE yourself, one another and all of God's creations If NOT NOW, WHEN? Thank you very much for reading. Much love and blessings "Trust that the Universe is unfolding as it should" ~ Max Ehrmann Photo by Anna Shvets from Pexels
