The client's chosen to update their property with a change of colour for the fascias, they'll be painted in monument with new guttering and downpipes to match!

01.01.2022 Entire renovation of kitchen, bathroom and euro laundry in this delightful Yarraville weatherboard cottage. The entire back area of this property was gutted and renovated. This included raising the ceiling which has made the space feel much larger, replacing timber floors, timber window installations and external weatherboard replacement. All of this was completed in five weeks while the clients holidayed elsewhere!
