We’ve recently started using augmented reality so that we can continue to perform critical tasks safely in the field, under current coronavirus (COVID-19) restrictions. The hands-free augmented reality headsets allows one of our field workers to deliver real time footage to an entire team working from home, enabling them to virtually assist with works.

15.01.2022 Life-giving art We're delighted to announce the first of our Community Sponsorship Grants for 2021, Weaving Sustainable Waterways. The unique project, developed in collaboration with the Footscray Community Arts Centre, Science Gallery Melbourne, and Boon Wurrung artist Mitch Mahoney, will breathe a new sense of life and connectivity to the Maribynong River.... Weaving Sustainable Waterways will combine revegetation initiatives and community art marking to, "increase local biodiversity and reconnect local communities with indigenous culture and sustainable practices", says Mitch, who will lead the project from February to April 2021.

07.01.2022 A tunnel boring machine which was used to help install a new sewer has broken through at Spencer St after completing a 900m long journey under Lonsdale St. The new sewer pipe, which will support existing sewers in the city, forms part of an $80M capital improvement program to maintain services for the rapidly growing population and is the biggest upgrade to the CBD network in more than 120 years.... These green infrastructure projects collect stormwater, reducing the need to use drinking water for things like irrigation, and help improve and maintain our green public spaces.... That’s why we’re happy to announce that the second round of Stormwater Harvesting Partnering Fund is now open to help fund more projects like this one.
