25.01.2022 Another year almost done and dusted and although we’ve had all of the struggles that 2020 has thrown, I feel an immense sense of community and support from the people I have encountered. Especially YOU- my clients. Since restrictions have eased and we can do fabulous hair again, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed having you back in my chair. We’ve poured our hearts out to each other with the trials and tribulations that the year brought us! ... I LOVE doing your hair and I love all of the in-depth conversations I have with you. Thank you so much for supporting me in my business a passion. Looking forward to a non interrupted year for 2021!

23.01.2022 Hello lovely clients, After last nights national cabinet meeting I have made the decision to not continue working. Apart from the 30 minute limit I feel that at this stage of the virus it is my duty to social distance as much as possible. Hairdressing, unfortunately does not exercise this. Hopefully if we all buckle down tight we can flatten this curve sooner rather than later. ... Who knows what’s to come but let’s hope it dies down and we can return to some sort of normal soon. 22.01.2022 I’m really missing all of you at the moment. How are you all doing? . I’ve seen that other salons are still operating and it’s SO tempting to do the same. .... I’m still on the path of being as distant from other people as possible so we continue to keep the curve flat. . I’m really hoping in the next few weeks I can resume working again. . Thanks to all my lovely clients that offered to pay their service forward and to those that paid cancellation fees when I had to cancel your appointments and wouldn’t take no for an answer. 22.01.2022 To my valued clients : COVID 19 update Your health, safety and well-being is of the most importance throughout this time. I want to assure you that every effort to sanitise and sterilise in salon is my top priority ( along with making your hair gorgeous of course). This is what I am currently doing in my salon to help ensure your safety:... Hard surface area sterilised between each client Chairs and basin sterilised between clients. Hand wash provided at work station Fresh disposable gloves worn by me for every client All cups/ glasses sterilised after each use (and tongs used for biscuits) All tools/ equipment sterilised after each client. All towels and capes washed in disinfectant ( not just normal detergent) As COVID 19 starts to reach more corners of our earth, I ask if you are sick please reschedule and do not come to your appointment. Please stay home and look after yourself. I will continue seeing clients one on one if all is well in our household and all is well with your household. We are personally and as a family taking every precaution by isolating ourselves day to day to ensure we have the littlest impact on ourselves, our health system and people with low immunity. Thursday appointments may encounter a slight delay due to my parents not being able to assist with childcare. This means I may have to tend to my kids here and there throughout your appointment. 22.01.2022 Yesterday’s transformation

19.01.2022 Hello lovely clients, Again I have ( after much thought) decided to close. I still feel that I cannot maintain social distancing whilst doing your hair. So irrelevant of what the government is allowing I'm temporarily closing until further notice (hopefully for only 4-6 weeks) So any appointment will be moved along 4-6 weeks from the date it is booked as to keep the order of appointments. I'm so sorry it's come to this again, I know some of you didn't get in last time and ha...ve been patiently waiting. Hopefully we can safely open next time without potentially having to close again. 19.01.2022 Natural blonde anyone? Yes please! Check out this babin’ Mum Lisa She has been doing her own hair for the last years due to being a busy mum of 2 and now 3... It wasn’t actually too bad but it just needed some balancing, some cleaning out and a fresh cut.... I’ll post before and afters when I get pics off my camera. See more

19.01.2022 Fresh chop for Jane this morning. Looooove it!!! Jane actually came with a hint of muddy greenish tinge to her hair too and we neutralised with the #rosegoldchi illuminate conditioner. It will only last until the next wash or two but this is the importance of colour shampoo and conditioner and also having the right tone to balance any unwanted hues.

14.01.2022 Me me me!! yup even hairdressers are missing their hairdressers. Gosh don’t we all!! I’m still unsure about when I’m reopening. I thought after today’s press conference I’d have a little more idea. ... Fingers crossed the numbers stay down and stabilise. It IS looking hopeful but I’m not getting too excited just yet. 13.01.2022 Total reshape and slight lightening for Brooke. She’s erring on wanting to go a lot brighter but doesn’t really want the upkeep. She’s naturally so fair ( left pic) and with this colour she won’t need to ever do the regrowth if she doesn’t want to - she can simply just grow it out. OR maybe next time she’ll want to go even lighter!! She’s definitely in a good position to decide which way she wants to go from here.

13.01.2022 I’m excited to announce that my online bookings will be opening up next week. At first I will be working Saturday only and then perhaps I’ll open Sundays for a month and then Thursdays! That’s the plan! We’ll see how the reopening of life goes first though. Hopefully we can avoid another lockdown.... I’ll be in touch with you all personally over the coming week or so. See more

10.01.2022 Jess is trying to have less colour in her hair eventually. She’s unsure if she wants to completely let it grow out and let her grey come through or whether she just wants a low maintenance colour. Jess has mostly peppery hair but a fair bit of salty through the front and some finer salt throughout the rest. I made a point of accentuating the lightest area around her face so that it blends with her natural highlights... Her hair does throw a fair bit of warmth so I think we’ll need another session to lighten to get an ashier blonde to completely blend her greys. See more
