You can be confident in our process to manage health standards in the studios (Richmond & Camberwell) pilates, therapy rooms, strength & conditioning, caf area and bathrooms and thoroughfares. There have been no known cases of COVID-19 within to any business operating within the buildings. The studios/ therapy rooms/caf space are always sanitized, and we are ...taking extra measures to ensure it remains as such. Antibacterial wipes for equipment and hand wipes are available and use at all high traffic areas to clean and sanitize all equipment (bikes, reformers, strength and conditioning, cycling shoes) Antibacterial sprays are available for all to use, as necessary, and all equipment is sprayed following each use. Zone 1 & 2 - active recovery Zone 3 - endurance Zone 4 - tempo Zone 5 - lactate threshold Zone 6 - VO2 max Zone 7 - Anaerobic capacity These zones are structured around your Functional Threshold Power (FTP) - which is an excellent number to use to gauge your improvement over time. Your FTP should be a number somewhere in your Zone 5 range (or maybe the top of your Zone 4). Dont know your FTP?
