03.01.2022 99 Bikes Cycle Epic is ON for 19/20 September Thanks so much for everyone's patience and we are super excited to open entries today at 5pm! We have gone through months of submissions and resubmissions with Public Health Units and councils to try and get our COVID Safe Event Plan approved. The Epic as you know it proved to have too many hurdles unfortunately, HOWEVER, we are stoked that we have had approved a Category 3 event version of the Epic, meaning we can have 499 people... in total on the Spicers Hidden Vale property at any one time. For the 2020 Epic version, we have been recommended to: - only have riding events: unfortunately there will not be trail runs this year. - no children's races: so sorry, but this is due to COVID rules where numbers account for child and parent - even if not taking part in the race. - no camping: again rules prohibit it being viable - no spectators: to enter the property you must be competing in an event - health officers will be counting people IN and OUT of property - no cancellations, exchanges or refunds: if you can't attend due to illness or other reasons then your entry will be transferred to 2021 - Riders are to be self sufficient, as limited aid stations allowed - Entries will be first in and will sell out quickly Sat Morning session 8am - 450 riders: 55km 99 Bikes Pursuit Sat Afternoon session 2pm - 450 riders: 22km All Clear Chaser Sun 8am - 200 riders: 99 Bikes 100km Epic & 250 riders: 55km Merida Pursuit Enter here: https://endurancecui.active.com/event-reg/select-race We are SO excited to actually be allowed to race again and can't wait to see everyone out on some of the best trails in Australia!
